- Photo library and camera related content, only when you actively grant permission and choose photos or use the camera for layout, editing, and export.
- Purchase and payment related data, such as product ID, transaction ID, original transaction ID, receipt data, and payment status, for Apple in-app purchase verification and entitlement delivery.
- Export and history data, including template selection, export history, thumbnails, generated PDF files, cloud download links, and related records, for export, history display, and cloud retention features.
- Avatar upload data, when you actively change your profile image.
- Technical and log data, including session token, request result, error details, and necessary service logs, for authentication, security checks, troubleshooting, and service stability.
2. How We Use the Information
- To provide account features such as registration, sign-in, profile display, password change, and account deletion.
- To provide core features such as photo import, editing, layout generation, high-resolution PDF export, and history viewing.
- To process Apple in-app purchases, entitlement delivery, order verification, and purchase status synchronization.
- To provide avatar upload, cloud file retention, history synchronization, and download access.
- To maintain interface security, authentication, troubleshooting, and service quality improvement.
3. Photos, PDFs, and Cloud Files
- Photos you choose are used only for the layout, editing, and export actions initiated by you.
- When you export content, the app may upload generated PDF files, thumbnails, or related files to the cloud when required for history, download, or cloud retention features.
- If you delete history records or delete your account, related local or cloud data may be removed according to product and server rules.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information except where necessary for the service or required by law.
- Apple payment and transaction systems are used when verifying Apple in-app purchases.
- Relevant data may be transmitted to the application server and file storage services used by the app in order to provide account, export, history, and storage capabilities.
- Information may be disclosed where required by laws and regulations or when necessary to protect our lawful rights and the rights of users.
5. Storage and Security
- We use reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect information, including access control, interface authentication, and HTTPS transmission.
- Some information may be stored on your local device, such as history cache, exported local files, or thumbnail cache.
- Although we work to protect your data, no internet transmission or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure.
6. Your Rights
- You may view or modify certain account information within the app.
- You may delete history records within the app.
- You may initiate account deletion within the app. After deletion, related local or cloud data may be removed, and the action may be irreversible.
- You may manage photo library and camera permissions in your system settings.
