Terms of Use
By downloading, accessing, or using SeaCat Photo Layout, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Service Overview
- SeaCat Photo Layout provides photo import, layout editing, template preview, high-resolution PDF export, history records, and related cloud retention features.
- Some features may require a valid account sign-in and an active purchase or subscription entitlement.
2. Auto-Renewable Subscription
- Product name: VIP Yearly Subscription.
- Subscription length: 1 year.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in Apple ID account settings after purchase.
- If a free trial or promotional period is offered in the future, any unused portion will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
3. Pricing
- Subscription pricing is shown inside the app and in the App Store storefront for your region at the time of purchase.
- Prices may vary by country or region and may be adjusted in the future in accordance with Apple platform rules.
4. Restore Purchases
- If you previously purchased eligible content or an active subscription with the same Apple ID, you can use the Restore Purchases feature in the app.
- Restored access depends on Apple transaction records and successful entitlement verification.
5. Permitted Use
- You may use the app only for lawful personal or business photo layout and export purposes.
- You must not misuse the app, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the app in violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.
6. Accounts and Content
- You are responsible for the accuracy of account information and for activities conducted through your account.
- You are responsible for ensuring that the photos and materials you upload, edit, or export are lawful and that you have the necessary rights to use them.
7. Privacy
Your use of the app is also subject to our Privacy Policy: Privacy Policy.
8. Apple Standard EULA
Where applicable, your use of the app is also governed by the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement: Apple Standard EULA.
9. Service Changes and Availability
- We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service where reasonably necessary for maintenance, legal compliance, security, or product changes.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times.
10. Disclaimer and Liability
- The app is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law.
- We will take reasonable measures to maintain service quality, but we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from service interruption, network failure, device issues, or other causes beyond reasonable control.
